What do I teach?

Bollyfitness is a Bollywood dance based fun workout. It combines semi bollywood and aerobic moves all danced to rythmic tunes from all around the world.

Bollyfitness uses specific toning movements to ensure that you work up a sweat and exercise all your core muscles.

Keeping fit or wanting to lose weight shouldn't feel like a burden.
It should be fun, interesting and motivate you to be a better version of yourself.

My fitness program is all about getting your heart rate up, motivating helping you be in the present moment while having a good time.

Every session is meant to help you stay active through fun, graceful and lively dance moves. 

Dancing has the power to make you feel good about yourself.
It can without a doubt aid in developing self-love and greater self-esteem like no other fitness activity can.

Dress code : Anything you feel comfortable to dance (e.g. leggings, workout tops)
No shoes. You can certainly wear socks ( yoga or pilates socks) so you don't slip.
